Return policy
Deposits are fully refundable before items are shipped. Orders can't be cancelled if items are shipped out. All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. This covers material, prep, and holds your time slot.
Refunds will not be issued once work has begun, especially for custom or pre-cut materials.
If you're unhappy with the result due to a defect in installation, we will offer a correction or reinstallation at no additional cost, as long as it's reported within 7 days of pickup.
Wrap material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in filling claims where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit.
If you need to reschedule, we'll gladly transfer your deposit to a new date once, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Additional Notes
All work is documented before and after for quality and liability purposes.
Once vehicle leaves our premises, we are not responsible for damages due to poor maintenance or external factors.
If we are providing vinyl, the deposit will cover the cost of the vinyl plus 10% of the total price. Clients providing recommended vinyl will be charged 20% of the final price.
